Polski (PL) Training objective
- We will introduce you to the basics of the Six Sigma methodology.
- You will be equipped with tools for identifying problems.
- We will present basic Six Sigma tools.
- We will present and practice the DMAIC approach.
- We will use selected improvement tools on an example project.
How do we train?
- 16 hours of intensive training in a small group.
- We conduct interactive workshops and exercises based on case studies, including projects implemented by the trainer.
- The material is adapted for both the production and service sectors.
- We teach through action, so the training will be in a workshop format. Minimum lecture, maximum exercises and case studies.
- At the end of the training, we will check your knowledge with a test.
