The course is available on the e-learning platform and also includes homework, templates, supplementary articles and tests, which allows for full assimilation of the material.

In the first part of the course, participants will learn the basics of product management, including the differences between a Product Owner and a Product Manager, and will also learn how to create their first product roadmap. This lesson shows how a roadmap becomes a key tool in product development planning.

The next lessons focus on market and competition analysis (Lesson 3), customer needs research (Lesson 4) and the use of data and analytical tools such as Google Analytics (Lesson 5). The course also includes issues related to agile team methodologies such as Scrum (Lessons 10 and 11). Lessons 12–19 discuss the role of the Product Owner in Scrum in detail, including backlog management, task estimation, defining the definition of done and done, and working with the Scrum team. Participants will learn the importance of maintaining quality and how to conduct effective retrospectives and reviews (Lessons 18–20).

The next part of the course is devoted to practical tools such as prototyping (Lesson 21) and collaborating with stakeholders (Lesson 22). Lesson 23 introduces the methodology of calculating the business value of a project, helping you understand how to assess the impact of product initiatives on the company.

The course ends with a lesson on the career path for a Product Owner (Lesson 25) and tips on how to prepare a pitch for the board or external investor to effectively present your project or idea (Lesson 26).

In addition, the course offers 16 homework assignments to consolidate knowledge and access to 62 supplementary articles that help deepen the topics covered.
