Between Technology and Management: My Professional Journey
Twenty years of professional experience have taught me one thing - true innovation is born at the interface of different worlds. My path is a constant journey through the TSL, automotive and IT industries, where each subsequent step opened up new perspectives and possibilities.
From transport to product management
The foundations of my career were built in the dynamic world of logistics and automotive. It was there that I learned that success in business is based on precise planning and flexible response to changing market needs. Since 2018, as a member of the IPMA Polska association, I have been actively involved in the community of project management professionals, sharing knowledge and drawing inspiration from the best in the industry.
Continuous development as a philosophy of life
My development path is a conscious choice to constantly broaden my horizons. IPMA Polska, AgilePM and PRINCE2 certifications are not just documents - they are milestones in building a comprehensive approach to project and product management. Currently, as a Product Manager in an international automotive company, I am responsible for a portfolio of products present on several European and global markets. This role allows me to combine strategic thinking with a practical approach to product development.
Technology as second nature
My passion for technology led me to the path of programming. Participation in Kodilla and Eduweb FrontEnd bootcamps and the Udacity Google Developer Scholarship - Android Basics program opened a new dimension of understanding digital products. This practical knowledge turned out to be invaluable in the roles of IT Project Manager and Product Owner, allowing me not only to manage projects, but also to actively participate in the creation process as a Front End Web Developer.
I invite you to follow my blog, where I share my experiences from the intersection of product management, technology and personal development. Here you will find practical tips, case studies and thoughts on contemporary challenges in the world of Product Management
