Between Technology and Management: My Professional Journey

Twenty years of professional experience have taught me one thing - true innovation is born at the interface of different worlds. My path is a constant journey through the TSL, automotive and IT industries, where each subsequent step opened up new perspectives and possibilities. It is this diversity of experiences that has shaped my unique approach to product and project management.

Beginnings in the world of TSL (Transport Spedition & Logistics)

Starting my career in the TSL (Transport, Forwarding, Logistics) sector, I quickly understood that effective supply chain management is not just about moving goods from point A to point B. It is a complex puzzle where precision, timing and the ability to anticipate potential disruptions count. Managing logistics operations, I learned that every process can be optimized and every challenge is an opportunity for innovation.

Transformation towards automotive

Moving to the automotive sector opened up a new perspective for me. In a world where quality and precision are absolute priorities and margins of error are virtually non-existent, I understood the true value of systems thinking. Working in an international environment taught me how to effectively combine different business cultures and management styles while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Evolution towards IT

A natural curiosity about technology and a desire for continuous development pushed me towards IT. It was here that I discovered that my previous experience in TSL and automotive perfectly complemented digital transformation. Understanding business processes from the perspective of various industries proved invaluable in designing and implementing technological solutions.

Synergy of experiences

Today, looking back, I see how each stage of my career has brought unique value to my professional portfolio:

From logistics, I gained the ability to manage complex processes and optimize resources
The automotive sector taught me precision, quality standards and thinking in terms of global value chains
The world of IT gave me the tools to transform traditional processes into modern, digital solutions

Management at the Crossroads of Worlds

It is this diversity of experience that allows me to effectively manage products and projects in an international environment today. I understand not only the technical aspects of solutions, but above all the real business needs and operational challenges that organizations face.

Life outside of work

I believe that a true professional needs balance. When I'm not working on product development or IT projects, I find my adrenaline in motor sports. In winter, I search for the perfect snowboard trails, and in the warmer months, I explore forest trails on my MTB bike. These activities not only provide excitement, but also teach quick decision-making and risk management - skills that are also key in the business world.

My motto

"Development is not a goal, it's a path" - this principle guides me throughout my professional career. Every project, every challenge and every new technology is a chance to broaden my horizons and add another dimension to my professional portfolio.

Constant evolution

Every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities. In a world where technology is constantly accelerating and the boundaries between industries are blurring, the key to success is the ability to adapt and combine different perspectives. My professional journey has taught me that the most valuable innovations are created precisely where different worlds meet - traditional business with modern technologies, local challenges with global standards, technical details with strategic vision.

This multidimensional perspective not only shapes my approach to management, but also drives the constant search for new solutions and development opportunities. In a world where change is the only constant, diversity of experiences becomes the greatest asset.
